How do I create an account?
To create an account, visit our account registration page here and submit your business details.
Our team will review your request and set up your account.
You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been set up and activated, after which you will be able to login and order.
How do I change my account details?
Please contact us to update your account details, including changing business details, delivery address, billing information, contact details and user access.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Placing your order online is fast, easy and convenient, and allows you to access the latest deals, pricing and stock levels.
To place your order online:
- Login to your Fitness Vending account here by entering your email and a one-time email code.
- Add the items you want to order to your cart. Be sure to check out our latest deals to get the best prices!
- Review your cart to make sure the products and quantities you want to order are correct and click the 'Check Out' button.
- Your delivery and contact details will be pre-filled. Please double check these and contact us if they are incorrect or need to be updated.
- Select your payment method. We recommend credit card for fastest processing and dispatch. For more information, view our payment options.
- Review your order details and click 'Complete Order'.
You will receive an email confirming your order and another email when your order has been dispatched. You will also receive a tax invoice when your order has been processed.

What happens when I complete an order?
When you place your order you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with your shipping and consignment details, including tracking information,

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking details when your order is dispatched. This will include a consignment number and website URL where you can track the status and ETA of your delivery.
What do I do if there's a problem with my order?
If you receive the wrong item, your order has been damaged or there is some other issue that you need assistance with, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship to addresses outside of Australia.
