How do I create an account?

To create an account, visit our account registration page here and submit your business details.

Our team will review your request and set up your account.

You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been set up and activated, after which you will be able to login and order.

How do I change my account details?

Please contact us to update your account details, including changing business details, delivery address, billing information, contact details and user access.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Placing your order online is fast, easy and convenient, and allows you to access the latest deals, pricing and stock levels.

To place your order online:

  1. Sign in to your Fitness Vending account here by entering your email address and the one-time authentication code sent to your email.
  2. Add the items you want to order to your cart. Be sure to check out our latest deals to get the best prices! You can find more information about our deals here.
  3. Review your cart to make sure the products and quantities you want to order are correct, and any deal items have been added, and click the 'Check out' button.
  4. Your delivery and contact details will be pre-filled. Please double check these and contact us if they are incorrect or need to be updated.
  5. Select your preferred payment method. We recommend credit card for fastest processing and dispatch. For more information, view our payment policy.
  6. Review your order details and click 'Complete order'.

Note: If you have been approved for credit, your credit terms will be displayed at checkout. Simply select ‘Choose payment method later’ and click ‘Confirm order’. A tax invoice will be sent to your nominated billing address for payment in accordance with your approved terms. For more information, refer to our payment policy.

You will receive an email confirming your order and another email when your order has been processed and dispatched. A tax invoice will be sent to your nominated billing email address when your order has been processed.

How can I pay?

You can pay for your order by credit card or bank deposit. We also offer credit terms for approved customers. For information regarding our payment options, please refer to our payment policy.

What happens once I've placed an order?

When you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with your shipping and consignment details, including tracking information. A tax invoice will be sent to your nominated accounts email address.

Can I get a tax invoice for my order?

A tax invoice will be sent to your nominated billing email address when you place your order. We do not issue tax invoices prior to orders being placed and processed.

Deals and Promotions

How do I claim a deal?

To claim a deal, add the total number of products in the deal, including the free item, to your cart and the discount will be applied automatically. E.g. if the deal is Buy 2 Get 1, you need to add 3 items to your cart (2+1) to get the deal.

IMPORTANT: Deal and promotional products are not automatically added to your cart, or to you order after you check out. All deal and promotional items need to be added to your cart prior to check out for your order to be eligible for the deal.

Why hasn't a deal been applied to my cart?

For Buy X Get Y deals, you need to add all the items in the deal to your cart for the discount to be applied. E.g. if the deal is Buy 3 Get 1, you need to add 4 items (3+1) to your cart and 1 will be automatically discounted.

How long do deals last?

Deals typically run until the end of the month, their advertised end date or while stock lasts, so make sure you're quick to jump on them and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to find out when new deals drop!

Can I claim a deal after I've placed my order?

Deals are dynamically applied to your cart before you check out and all orders are final. Make sure you double check your cart before you place your order to make sure any Buy X Get Y type deals have been applied and the products added so you don't miss out.

We do not provide credit, refunds or replacement for deal and promotional items and products.

Do deals apply to orders placed by phone and email?

Deals are applied dynamically to your cart and are only available for orders placed online.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking details when your order is dispatched. This will include a consignment number and website URL where you can track the status and ETA of your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship to addresses outside of Australia and New Zealand.

Returns

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

If you receive the wrong item, your order has been damaged, or there is some other issue that you need assistance with, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. For more information, please refer to our returns policy.
