Refund policy
If the items you receive are incorrect, damaged or out-of-date, you must notify us by email at orders@fitnessvending.com within 48 hours of delivery to request and be eligible for a credit or return.
You must provide a clear and detailed description of the issue and items, and photos of all received items and the damaged or out of date items.
Once notified, we will review your request and arrange for the items to be returned or issue a credit for the damaged or out-of-date items.
We will not authorise a return or credit under the following circumstances:
- Incorrectly ordered items
- Incorrectly ordered quantities
- Orders made in error
- Change of mind
Please note that all orders are final, and the customer is responsible for ensuring the details of their order are correct at the time the order is placed.
Damaged Items
If you have received damaged items: Unpack and check all the items you have received, take photos of all the damaged items, and send an email to orders@fitnessvending.com with the photos, a description and quantity of the damaged items.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you have received incorrect items or if there are items missing from your delivery: Unpack and check all the items you have received against the included pick list, take photos of all the items you have received, and send an email to orders@fitnessvending.com with the photos and a list of the incorrect or missing items.
Out-of-Date Items
If you have received out-of-date items: Take photos of the out-of-date items, clearly showing their barcode and expiry date, and send an email to orders@fitnessvending.com with the photos and a list of the items including the name, quantity and expiry date.
Please note that products that were originally delivered with expiry dates of more than 90 days from date of receipt, and which have subsequently reached their best before expiry dates, are not eligible for return or refund.
Short Deliveries
When your items are delivered, count how many boxes the driver has delivered and do not sign for items you have not received. The consignment or proof of delivery docket will state the number of boxes in the delivery, e.g. 14. If there are fewer boxes delivered, write this on the Proof of delivery slip and send an email to orders@fitnessvending.com with details of the delivery and a list of the missing items.
For any other issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Credit
Store credit expires 90 days after the date issued unless specified otherwise.
