Shipping policy

Delivery is available to valid street addresses within Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All Australia orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse in Tullamarine, Victoria.

All New Zealand orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Auckland.

Fulfilment and Dispatch

Orders are typically fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days from receipt of payment.

Please allow for an additional 1-3 business days during peak times, including the first half of month and from September through December.

Note that our warehouse is closed on Victoria public holidays.

You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.

Notifications and Tracking

You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. The notification will include a tracking number and link that you can use to check the status of your delivery.

Receiving Your Delivery

For the safety of our delivery drivers, your order can only be delivered to your door or reception. Please ensure someone is available at the time of delivery to move your items to your storeroom or a safe location.

Please note that if you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, you may be charged a redelivery fee.

Delivery Times

You will receive an email from our carrier when your order is out for delivery. We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered during specific hours.

Commercial Addresses

Your order will require a signature on delivery.

Residential Addresses

You will need to provide delivery instructions and Authority to Leave (ATL) to have your order delivered to a residential address. If there is no one available to receive your delivery, it will be left in accordance with the provided instructions. Please note that Fitness Vending and it's delivery partners are not responsible for damage or loss of goods once delivered.
