How do I register for online ordering?
Simply fill out the registration page and we will send you a login invite so you can register your password and you can then start shopping!
Already registered to use the Fitness Vending website?
There’s no need to re-register on our new website if you already have an existing account with us and have placed orders with us before. Please contact our Customer Service Team and they will assist you by emailing you an invitation to login into your account.
How do I view my order history?
You can view your order history in your Accounts page under the "Order History" tab.

How do I reset my password?
No problem, just follow these simple steps to reset it.
- Choose "Forgot Password" from the login screen Here
- Enter your Customer ID. You will then receive a password reset email to your nominated email address. Please make sure your email address is correct. If you have not received an email with the password reset with in 15minutes, please contact our Customer Service Team and update your email address.
- Follow instructions to reset!
HOW DO I FIND MY CUSTOMER ID?
NOTE: You can find your Customer ID number on your welcome email.
If you don't have that, here are other ways to find your Customer ID
- Choose "Forgot Customer ID" Here
- Enter email address you registered.
- Check your email inbox for Customer ID number reminder.
- Call our Customer Service Team during normal business hours or contact us Here
How do I change my details?
Easy, you can update your email, phone number, address and password in the My Account Tab. Simply view account, update the relevant fields and press save.
