Each can delivers 200mg of Caffeine for energy and alertness, plus 3,000mg of Citrulline Malate, 2,000mg of Beta Alanine, 2,000mg of Taurine, 750mg of N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine and 500mg of Alpha GPC (50%). Sodium and Potassium provide added Electrolytes. Beta Alanine may cause temporary tingles.

How to Use It

No measuring, mixing or shaker is required. Consume one chilled can 15-30 minutes before training or physical activity. One can equals one serve. Do not exceed one can in 24 hours.
